Please note ACS has a 24-hour cancellation policy for non-emergencies. If you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time and do not come to your appointment, you will be charged in full for the appointment and/or terminated

from services.

Anna Windham currently accepts: Blue Cross Blue Shield/BCBS AHS, & Private Pay as well as file out-of-network claims (excluding LENS services). ACS is set up to accept cash, checks, or credit cards (Visa, MC). Payment in full, including Copays, is due at the time services are rendered.

Collin Hill is Private Pay only. ACS is set up to accept cash, checks, or credit cards (Visa, MC). Payment in full is due at the time services are rendered.
